SALVATION ARMY VAN CRASH INQUEST TO BE HELD ON FEB. 26th AT 9:30 A.M. IN JOLIET

The Will County Coroner has scheduled an Inquest on Monday February 26, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. at the Will County Building at 302 N. Chicago Ave. Joliet, IL in the Salvation Army Van Crash that killed eleven people. An Illinois State Trooper, Robert Allen is expected to testify. Kurt D. Lloyd and Timothy J. Cavanagh of LLOYD & CAVANAGH will be present at the Inquest with their client, Michael Taylor. Michael's mother, Jill Henry was killed in the collision. Jill Henry lived at 11912 S. State St. Chicago, IL.

On February 13, 2001, a Wrongful Death Lawsuit was filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County on behalf of Michael Taylor by LLOYD & CAVANAGH. The case is entitled Michael Taylor, Special Administrator of the Estate of Jill Henry v. The Salvation Army, Inc. Court No. 01 L 1747. The case is pending before Judge David Donnersberger.
